Davis Norris serves as Leasing & Project Coordinator at Small Nation, where he supports both the leasing team and consulting division through project coordination, scheduling, and client engagement. Working closely with the team, Davis helps organize property tours, coordinate meetings and site visits, and ensure projects move forward efficiently across multiple communities.
A graduate of Bellefontaine High School, Davis brings a unique perspective to his role—having witnessed firsthand the transformation of Downtown Bellefontaine over the past several years. That experience sparked his passion for community revitalization and led him to pursue a career in business and real estate.
Davis earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Rhodes State Community College, where he was recognized as the Outstanding Student of the Year. He went on to graduate from The Ohio State University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, equipping him with a strong foundation in both financial analysis and property development.
Before joining Small Nation, Davis gained hands-on experience working in a local business, where he not only served customers but also contributed to product development—creating one of the bakery’s most popular items, its Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies.
Originally born in Chandler, Arizona, and having spent part of his childhood in Georgia, Davis ultimately returned to Bellefontaine, where his connection to the community continues to shape his work. Today, he is excited to play an active role in helping revitalize small towns and support the growth of vibrant downtowns.
Outside of work, Davis enjoys golfing, snowboarding, working out, and gaming.
